Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and sweeet. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By creating an account or using sweeet, you accept them.

The short version

  • sweeet is a tool for professionals to share their work with clients in private, branded spaces. It’s free during early access.
  • Your work stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to host it and show it to the people you share it with.
  • You’re responsible for what you upload and who you share it with. Phishing, impersonation, malware and illegal content aren’t allowed, and we act on them.
  • sweeet is provided as is during early access, and our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Kevin Aguiar, who operates sweeet (“sweeet”, “we”, “us”). They apply together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

You accept these Terms when you create an account or use sweeet. If you use sweeet on behalf of a company or another organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you’re authorized to do so; “you” then includes that organization.

2. Who can use sweeet

sweeet is a tool for professionals and businesses to share their work with their clients. To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and use sweeet for your trade, business or profession.

If someone shared a space with you, you don’t need an account to open it. Please use it as intended: don’t try to reach spaces that weren’t shared with you or to get around sweeet’s security, and report anything suspicious from the “Report this space” link in the space.

3. Early access

sweeet is in early access. It’s free, and we’re still shaping it: features and limits can change, and some things may not work as expected. We’ll try to tell you in advance about changes that meaningfully affect how you use sweeet.

We may stop offering sweeet, or any part of it. If we stop offering it altogether, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice, so you have time to make other arrangements.

4. Your account

You sign in with a link we send to your email address, or with Google. Anyone who controls your email account can sign in to sweeet, so keep it secure, and tell us right away at hello@sweeet.space if you believe someone else has accessed your sweeet account.

You’re responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping its information accurate.

5. Your content

Everything you upload to sweeet — files, images, texts, names and logos (“your content”) — remains yours. We don’t claim any ownership of it.

So that we can provide the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content, only to operate and secure sweeet and to show it to the people you share it with. The license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for residual copies in backups until they expire.

You confirm that you have all the rights and permissions your content needs — including those of the people who appear in it or whose data it contains — and that sharing it through sweeet doesn’t break any law or anyone else’s rights.

sweeet is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of your content.

6. Spaces and sharing

You decide who can open each space. Anyone who has a space’s address and its password can open it and see what’s published there, and anyone who has the link to a public deliverable can open that deliverable. Choose strong passwords, and share them only with the people who should have them.

Nothing you upload reaches your clients until you publish it. Once you publish a deliverable, the people with access can view it and, where the format allows, download it. We can’t undo copies they make.

Space addresses are unique. We may change or reclaim an address that infringes someone’s rights, impersonates someone, or breaks these Terms.

7. Your clients’ personal data

When your content includes personal data — your clients’ names, or information about them or other people — you’re the controller of that data and sweeet processes it on your behalf, for as long as you use sweeet and with the sole purpose of providing it to you. For that processing:

  • We process it only following your instructions, as you give them through the product.
  • We keep it confidential. Only the people who operate sweeet can access it, when necessary, and they are bound to confidentiality.
  • We protect it with the measures described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You authorize the providers listed in our Privacy Policy to help us process it. We’ll update that list before adding a new one; if you object, you can close your account.
  • We’ll help you answer requests from the people the data is about, and forward to you any request we receive about your content.
  • We’ll tell you without undue delay if a security incident affects it.
  • When you delete it or close your account, we delete it as our Privacy Policy describes.
  • We’ll give you the information reasonably needed to show that we meet these commitments.

You’re responsible for having a legal basis to include personal data in your content, and for informing the people it’s about when the law requires it.

This section is our data processing agreement with you, for the purposes of article 25 of Argentina’s Law 25,326, article 28 of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, and similar laws.

8. Acceptable use

sweeet exists so professionals can show their work to their clients. You may not use it to:

  • impersonate a person or organization, or mislead anyone about who you are — including with space names, addresses or designs that imitate another brand or service;
  • ask for or collect passwords, payment details or other credentials, or run phishing or any other fraud;
  • distribute malware, or content designed to attack visitors’ devices, track them without their knowledge, or get around sweeet’s isolation and security;
  • share content that is illegal, that infringes intellectual property, privacy or image rights, or that is defamatory, hateful, violent or sexually explicit;
  • share content that sexualizes minors, which we report to the authorities;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages containing links to sweeet;
  • probe, scan or test sweeet’s security without our written permission, overload it, or get around its limits;
  • access spaces, accounts or data that weren’t shared with you.

Interactive deliverables are code that you provide. You’re responsible for what they do, and for anything they load from other websites.

9. When we act

If we reasonably believe that content or an account breaks these Terms or the law, or puts people or sweeet at risk, we may remove the content, take spaces offline, or suspend or close the account. When it’s possible and proportionate we’ll warn you first; in serious cases — such as phishing, malware or a court order — we may act immediately. We’ll tell you what we did and why, unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it.

If you think we made a mistake, write to hello@sweeet.space and we’ll review it.

Anyone can report a space from the “Report this space” link in the space itself, or by writing to us.

10. Usage limits

sweeet limits file sizes, the number of spaces and deliverables, uploads per hour and total storage, and tells you when you reach a limit. We may change these limits, and we’ll give you notice before lowering one you already rely on.

11. Fees

sweeet is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll announce them at least 30 days in advance, and we’ll never charge you unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

12. sweeet’s rights

sweeet’s software, design, name and logo belong to us. These Terms give you permission to use sweeet as described here, and no other rights over them.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

13. Other services

When you choose to use a third-party service with sweeet, such as signing in with Google, that service’s own terms apply to your use of it.

14. Ending the agreement

You can stop using sweeet at any time, and ask us to close your account by writing to hello@sweeet.space. We’ll delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.

We may end these Terms or close your account as described in When we act, or with at least 30 days’ notice for any other reason. When your account closes, your spaces go offline.

The sections that by their nature should continue — such as those about your content, liability and applicable law — remain in effect after the agreement ends.

15. Disclaimers

sweeet is provided “as is” and “as available”, especially during early access. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that sweeet will be uninterrupted, error-free or always secure, or that content will never be lost.

We don’t review the content Providers share, and we’re not responsible for it. Each Provider is responsible for their own content.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, sweeet won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims related to sweeet is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct (dolo) or gross negligence, or for harm to a person’s life or physical integrity.

17. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you’ll defend and compensate sweeet, and the people who operate it, for claims, damages and reasonable costs — including legal fees — arising from your content, your use of sweeet, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll publish the new version here with its date and, if a change is meaningful, we’ll tell you at least 15 days before it takes effect, by email or in sweeet. If you keep using sweeet after that, the new Terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can stop using sweeet and close your account.

19. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems can be solved that way. Any dispute will be decided by the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

If the law of your country gives you protections as a consumer that can’t be waived — including the right to sue in the courts where you live — these Terms don’t take them away.

20. General

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and sweeet about the service.
  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  • If we don’t enforce a right at a given moment, we don’t give it up.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the service, and we’ll tell you.
  • We’re not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We’ll send notices to your account’s email address. You can send yours to hello@sweeet.space.
  • These Terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English version prevails, except where the law requires otherwise.
